The Members and Directors believe that collective bargaining plays an integral role in the realization of the Corporation’s core principles of solidarity, sustainability, accountability, and community. The Members and Directors therefore agree to maintain a position of neutrality or voluntary recognition regarding the unionization of any Members or employees.
LLCs with Board of Directors:
Labor Unions. The Members and Directors believe that collective bargaining plays an integral role in the realization of the LLC’s core principles of sustainability, solidarity, accountability, and community. The Members and Directors therefore agree to maintain a position of neutrality regarding the unionization of any of the LLC’s Members or employees.
